I'm new to Project Management. Right now I'm trying to learn general PM concepts. Can someone recomend books on Project Managment especially for a beginner?
I would recommend Fundamentals of Project Management by James Lewis. It's short and very readable, but it covers a lot of ground starting at a fairly basic level. Saving Changes...
1) "Software Project Survival Guide" by Steve McConnell (or Steve's "Rapid Development" which is 3x as thick) 2) "Debugging the Development Process" by Steve MacGuire 3) "How to Win Friends and Influence People" by Dale Carnegie. :-) Saving Changes...
