Health Management Information Systems have been majorly paper-based and with the cut down of donor funds, limited funds has resulted in limited resources. One of the critical aspect is to manage patients digitally however the infrastructures (limited computers, patient care space, electricity, capacit of health care providers to manage digital services etc) hinders service delivery. Despite the challenges, health care programs are required to transition into digitalization of services through utilization of Health Information Systems and ensure the quality of services is of quality. What is the role of the Project/Program Manager in the digitalization of quality services? How would they ensure the goal of quality care amidst the challenges is achieved?
