Agile didn’t just change processes—it changed mindsets. We moved from detailed upfront planning to iterating, learning, and adjusting as we go. What real impact have you seen in your leadership style? What challenges emerged when adopting this approach? Share your experience: did agility bring more control—or more uncertainty?

Agile has allowed us to manage the uncertainty of projects that change every time. With the agile frameworks, adaptability has become easier, and the path of the project becomes moldable according to the actual demands along the way. This versatile approach offers significant results, for example, in technology projects, where adaptability to change is primordial, and also continuous feedback, adjustments, and ongoing quality reviews.

A main consideration when using agile is to foster collaboration and communication, to maintain the versatility it demands.
