Hi all,
I'll have soon a written test for team leader position, after it will be shortlisted 6 candidates for an interview. Even though I am quite comfortable with position, it is been a while since I have been applying to anything. So I was wondering if any of you could suggest a potential scenario questions for the following:
Stakeholder Management Scenario
Leadership Scenario
Process Improvement Scenario
Performance Management Scenario
Tasking ScenarioStakeholder Management Scenario

I think one of the best in a Leadership scenario where the team lead has to deal with a conflict. One that comes to mind in trying to get someone to still complete a task even when you have no authority over them.

For a team leader position, it will most probably be a mix of all those scenarios but if you have expertise leading teams and dealing with stakeholders, then it will be a piece of cake for you. Good Luck!

Most questions tend to be situational. How have you dealt with management without authority in a matrix organization? How do you tackle individuals who hinder the team success or well-being? How do you deal with challenging situations that involve laying off people in your team?
