I’m curious to learn which books outside of the project management field have shaped your mindset or leadership style.

In my case, The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People and How to Win Friends and Influence People have both been particularly impactful. I’d love to hear what has inspired you!

Hi Eduard,

Great question! For me, Leaders Eat Last by Simon Sinek really shaped how I see team culture and trust.

It reminded me that successful projects are built on people feeling safe and valued.

Thank you,
Golam Rob
