Project management communities thrive on real-time discussion and knowledge sharing, and the current web experience works well. But imagine if this experience were fully accessible through a mobile app.
Just curious — would you be excited to see a mobile app for project management communities? What features would make it truly indispensable for you?

Hi Pham,

While this app is the official PMI mobile app (rather than one specific to PMI Communities), you might find the details here helpful:
https://www.pmi.org/official-mobile-app

In addition, the Association for Project Management (APM) also offers a mobile app for the APM Community, which you can check out here:

The official PMI mobile app: Personal suggestion: I think the app should integrate a community feature. Currently, it mainly provides information on certifications and courses, which don’t require frequent interaction. From my perspective, adding a daily-interactive community would boost user engagement and keep the platform lively.

Specific to the community better .......a mobile app that takes you direct to the community to relate directly with colleagues.

A mobile app could really boost engagement by making knowledge sharing and discussions more immediate. For me, the key features would be push notifications for hot topics, quick polls for community feedback, and integrated spaces for resource sharing (like templates or checklists). Adding networking features, such as connecting with nearby PMs or creating topic-specific groups, would make it even more powerful. The goal would be to make the community as accessible and interactive as our day-to-day messaging apps.

Indeed it's a great idea Pham !!!
Just thinking out loud — the PM app should be scenario-driven. For instance, if a project manager encounters a challenging situation, feels unsure about the next step, or wants to evaluate the best possible course of action, the app should allow them to log the scenario. Other project managers can then share their insights or suggest the most effective approach in real time.
