hi Satyendra,
Reference to Page # 93 , Para 4.4.3.2. PMBOK Guide Fifth Edition , the examples of Work Performance Reports are Status Reports , Memos , Justifications , Information Notes , Recommendations and Updates.
So, in a Project environment , I think some are prepared by the Project Team and finally reviewed and approved by the Project Manager for communicating to the Stakeholders.
On the other hand , some are solely prepared by the Project Manager.
There is one question, if we have both the options i.e. Team members and Project Manager then in that case what would be the appropriate answer.
Regards

hi,
If your refer to Page # 31 Figure 2-7 , PMBOK Guide Fifth Edition , the PROJECT TEAM consists of : Project Management Team + Project Manager + Other Project Team members + partial involvement of the Sponsor.
So, for this particular question , if the Project Manager and Team Members are two separate options , then the best Option I would like to choose is Project Manager.
Thereafter , the Project Manager delegates the preparation of Work Performance Reports to his/her Team members.

Project Management team is there which comes first and also in PMchallege questionnaire correct answer is Project team.
I am confused between two Project Manager or Project Team, although i also feel Project Manager is the best answer.
I am not sure if Pmchallenge answer is correct or not.

hi,
Yes, PMChallenge answer is correct. Project Team is as a whole , whereas the Team members are just part of it.
