Hello everyone,

I've recently been thinking about the best way(s) to adapt Agile methodologies to New Product Development, Innovation, and Renovation in CPG companies. How might we be able to enhance the typical stage-gate product development process with these methodologies?

Best regards,
Mike

I think the best application for agile techniques is during the concept development/prototyping phase in CPG. Once you understand the scope of execution, a more traditional waterfall approach is appropriate.
