It is a strategy to bring all team members in one physical place/location. It is considered to be a good strategy since reduces the project costs, less travel, use of more skilled resources, easy communication. It is also known as "Co-Location". Refer PMBOK guide for more info by searching the word "Tight Matrix" or "Colocation"
