Just took the PMP and will need to take it again.  Helpful to hear from anyone else who took the exam more than once.  How did what little feedback provided help you study to go back and take it again?  Or, if you took it just once, how were you sure you were ready for this latest version of the exam?

Karin, don’t get discouraged because many people need more than one attempt to pass the PMP exam. Use the feedback from the exam analysis you receive to identify which domains to focus on, especially the ones you scored lowest in.

I highly recommend you practice as many questions as possible, and consider using PM PrepCast for practice exams, it’s an amazing simulation exams resource. Consistent review and targeted practice can make all the difference. Good Luck!

Thank you both--I didn't find the more detailed feedback until last night and thought I only received feedback that I didn't pass one of the three sections, so I will spend some time deciphering the additional more detailed feedback soon. Really appreciate the notes of support!

Asli, you can use either. It's a matter of preference.

What's study hall? I already have two different test banks available to me from the two courses I've taken and I can continue to work with those, so I'm not sure if buying more programs is helpful at this point... the bigger challenge for me is fully understanding when I miss questions (one of my two courses has better explanations than the other, so I'll focus there). Good to know about other resources, but would rather not pay for another course I don't know that I need. Am not seeing that you can just buy the test simulator portion. I also have plenty of books I can study. Might do better if there's any kind of study group around. Does anyone know of this?

Ah, I looked up Study Hall and that looks like only $49 which makes it attractive--has anyone here used it?

I found this person on YouTube who has videos which go through lots of practice questions. He will give a detailed breakdown of each of the possible answers for each question and explain why each answer is either 1)a possibility, 2)wrong, or 3)the best answer.
