Women networking event. It was rejuvenating for me because i love being in the company of Women so to see accomplished women in a cluster sharing what has made it easy for them was fulfilling.
This one was packed!!!

My best session was the session by Mayte Mata Sivera on stakeholder management. I learned a lot about the 3 Cs of connection and clarity and then courage.
Thank you for joining my session, I hope that you had fun and learned not only from me, also from the people that was in the group!

There were a lot of sessions happening at the same time, so I'm thankful that you joined.

I’m not even sure if this was my sixth or seventh time attending, but one thing I know for sure: this year’s conference was one of the best.

The keynotes were truly impressive. Usually, I walk away with a clear favorite, but this time all three were amazing. If I had to pick one, the fireside chat with José Andrés really stood out. As someone from Spain, I felt a special connection with the food references, especially the mayonnaise analogy. His irreverent style, his way of speaking without filters, reminded me a lot of myself. It felt authentic and personal.

The breakout sessions were outstanding. So much valuable content that it’s honestly hard to choose just one session to highlight. I left each one with new insights and ideas to apply.

What really made the biggest impact for me this year was the networking. I met great people and had meaningful conversations that continued beyond the sessions.

And of course, the party. Best one in years. I loved the location, the ambiance, everything about it. It was the perfect to celebrate the awards.

Already looking forward to the next edition.

The most impactful session for me at PMI Global Summit 2025 was the one led by the Purdue University Associate Professor who also serves on the PMI Central Indiana Chapter.

My key takeaways:

  1. Supporting early-career talent strengthens our profession.
  2. Mentorship is a powerful driver of confidence and growth.
  3. Creating clear, accessible pathways into project management is essential. It was a great reminder of how important it is to invest in the next generation of project leaders.
Love these takeaways!
Especially the point about making pathways clear and accessible. Mentorship isn’t just support; it’s a scalable way to build confidence and capability in our profession. Thanks for sharing!
