Option A) is wrong since the influence of the stakeholder are lower in the predictive life cycle and the cost of changes are higher in the predictive life cycle
Option C) is wrong, because the cost of changes are low in the adaptive life cycle
Option D) is wrong, because the intent is to keep the cost of changes lower in the adaptive life cycle.
Option B) is correct, because Adaptive Life Cycles are developed with the intent of keeping stakeholder influences higher and the costs of changes lower throughout the Project Life Cycle

Option B) is correct.
