I don't determine tools, technology or methodologies as a rule, so I use whatever the client uses.

for this reason I tend to engage immature PMO systems and as a result, poor planning methodology close out almost never includes the after action step.

Does anyone get to use all their skill and knowledge using the PMP-style regimen for a company currently?
