Welcome, José! It’s great to see your enthusiasm for growing in project management. I started my own journey by connecting with professionals through my local PMI Chapter and found those conversations invaluable, both for learning and for uncovering opportunities I hadn’t considered.

You already have a strong foundation in analytical and organizational skills, which transfer beautifully into PM roles. My suggestion would be to keep building your network locally (PMI Puerto Rico is very active) and engage globally here, you’ll find this community generous with advice and support. You’re on the right track!
