Hello All,

Welcome any tips/tricks for studying after boot camp.  I failed the last exam six years ago (thanks PMTI), but just finished a new one and found it was far more helpful.  Afterward I took a practice exam and failed (~58%) the instructor said to use practice exams as feedback and areas to study.

I plan to get PMI study hall and use it as the main source while taking practice exams every 3-4 days.  In between, study and review exam results.  Sound approach?

Some questions:
1. How do you improve your results from taking subsequent exams since each one is different?
2. Any other suggestions for studying?

Cheers,

Lee

Leor, PMI Study Hall is good but I recommend PM PrepCast for Simulation Practice exams. They have a solid simulator with explanations to all answers which will help you most in your studying,

Rami, much value the engagement! Get both or one or other? I found plusses/minuses for them, but I cannot decide what makes more sense.

Also, how to improve my 1st post-boot camp test results or 58%?

I didn't try Study Hall so I can't speak to that. I did however, try the PM PreCast and it was solid.

To improve your results, you need to focus on area where you scored lowest, and also make sure you understand the reason for the right and wrong answers. Good Luck!
