It’s actually a mix of both — technology and people play a big part in any transformation. You can’t separate one from the other.
The first step is to really analyze the technology — understand its pros, cons, and how it fits into your goals. That sets the foundation. You can always find the right people who are willing to learn, adapt, and drive the change, but if the technology itself isn’t capable or reliable, then even the best team can’t save the situation. In short, without the right tech in place, the whole transformation can easily turn into a disaster.
