Hi Nelson,
Typically you will have the following agenda items and you can build the presentation slides around the same.
In the agenda you may include another two columns one before the below column for time and another one after says who is the presenter.
If you see youreself as the presenter for everything that means you may get a little buy-in from the audiance then remove the presenter column.
it is highly recomended to get project team involved in planning the content to get less resistance during the meeting.
Introductions
Purpose of the project
Costs and benefits of the project
Scope of the project
Project team roles and resonsibilities
Schedule of the project
Issue escalation process
Stakeholder communications
Document administration
Next steps / next meeting
Hope this is helpful.
Thanks

The most important topics to talk about in a kick-off will be to explain what the project is about, why the project will be undertaken and how it will affect the people present in the meeting. You need to present this from their perspective if you want to get buy-in and support. Different departments and functions will have a differnent take and perspective on things... Saving Changes...

Hi,
I would emphasize on communication planning and proposed schedule, also I would focus on discussing initial challenges forecasted Saving Changes...
The purpose of kick off meeting is to have an interaction of key stakeholders of the project and to have a common understanding of project.
The presentation should be in brief and clear. We prefer to have a presentation which should contain at least below listed items:
1 The most important thing is understanding the project means the description and scope of work
2 Project Milestones & schedule
3 Risk/Critical Issue (If any)
4 Project Team Structure/Organization Chart
5 Mode of Communication
6 Schedule for Progress Meetings

Hi Nelson,
First of all, the audience (external meeting with Subcontractors or internal - for colleague).
1. Project, Client, Client expectation, Stakeholders
2. Project Scope
3. Project Team and Responsibilities (organization chart)
4. Project Milestone and Schedule
5. Risks, Threads, Issues
6. Brief notes of the Project Plans (Communication, Change, HSE and etc.)
7. Further Meeting Schedule
Budget - most probably someone will raise the question - but it is depends on the company policy to let such information to project team members or stakeholders.
Be focused, straight and short (30 min for me is enough). There will be further meetings. Saving Changes...

At a high level:
- vision for the project
- key stakeholders
- roles and responsibilities
- high level schedule and budget
- expected risks and challenges
- high level plans: communication, change management, how stakeholders will be engaged
And I always include some team building activities to enable team members to get to know each other. Saving Changes...
