Both the certification home page on pmi.org for the PfMP and the PfMP Exam Content Outline (https://www.pmi.org/-/media/pmi/documents/...am-outline.pdf) indicate that the Fourth/current Edition of the Standard along with the Seventh Edition of the PMBOK Guide should be used.

However, please note this guidance from the Exam Content Outline: "Candidates studying for the examination will certainly want to include the current edition of the Standard for Portfolio Management as one of their references, and would be well advised to read other current titles on portfolio management"
