Agile practice guide is asking password to open the downloaded PDF

Hi All,
I downloaded Agile practice guide. Its asking for password for opening it. I did not set any password while downloading.
How do i open it?

PMI protects its standards and practice guides with your PMI account password.

Anoop, some guides are password protected, some aren’t. For those that are, use your PMI Account login password.

That doesn't work. I've tried my account password, and it said it was incorrect.

I am also facing problem. tried with user password but still showing wrong.

I noticed that PMI has removed the password protection for Guides. If you have any specific Guides or Standards that are still password-protected, please let me know, and I can try accessing them using my own account. So far, I've tried a few and confirmed that the password protection has been removed.

I can confirm that I re-downloaded the Agile Practice Guide from PMI using my login and was able to open it without any password request.

You can try downloading again from PMI after logging in to your account. If it doesn't work, please get in touch with customer support.
