Stakeholders with high power high influence = deadly combination to handle. And these stakeholders have least of time for reviews or participation at the right time. Also results in delayed decision making.
I have tried setting up regular weekly review meeting with them and it has worked almost 60-70% o the time...good enough for me to pull on. It seems that the urge to ''review my work'' has motivated them to get involved more than otherwise (bait)
However such interactions have exposed me to other issues like scope expansions and requirements bloating...! Saving Changes...
