Success in a project as uncertain as life isn’t about having a fixed scope, it’s about having clarity of intention. We can’t always control the path, but we can choose our principles, our priorities, and the way we show up along the way. When the scope keeps shifting, success becomes less about deliverables and more about alignment: living in a way that’s consistent with what truly matters to us, even as the plan evolves. In my case, I set goals and personal rules around the things I want to achieve. They guide my life plan, but I accept that those goals can shift, and that’s normal. What matters is staying committed. If we really want something, and we build a plan and work toward it with intention, we eventually get there.

It's true, Lissette, our principles and priorities give us a clue to aim our actions in the right direction.

Verónica Elizabeth Pozo Ruiz poniendo un propósito de vida, y viviendo acorde a él. Si no está claro el alcance debería de ponerse un enfoque ágil? Yo cada año reviso mis metas y buket list y lo actualizo, así como mi propósito de vida. Pero creo que debería ser el "Pursuit of happiness", y ojo que la clave es "Pursuit", no el "Happiness" como objetivo! Francisco.

Francisco, muy interesante tu sugerencia acerca del propósito de vida. Realmente tener un propósito claro o varios propósitos nos ayuda a dirigirnos en la dirección correcta y alcanzar objetivos significativos. El enfoque ágil es una gran idea. Al revisar cada año nuestras metas podemos actualizarlas acorde a las circunstancias que vayan presentándose. Y sí, debemos hallar la satisfacción en la búsqueda y en el esfuerzo del día a día.
