Clear ownership across product / platform / security — otherwise speed increases, but accountability gets blurry.
From a PM perspective, the relationship with IT is also changing: we’re increasingly managing risk, controls, and outcomes alongside scope/timeline — aligning delivery with governance, not treating them as trade-offs.
