The key is linking deliverables to milestones and making workflows visible to all stakeholders. look for a hybrid friendly tool that supports agile delivery and predictive follow on work.

The tool should manage backlogs, iterations, dependencies, milestones, and benefits tracking in one view. Jira with Advanced Roadmaps, Azure DevOps, or MS Project Online with Agile features help maintain governance, transparency, and value delivery across the full lifecycle.

First of all, take into account that Agile is not a method or framework. It is an approach that was born outside the software domain. Because it is an approach then you have to consider method/process, tools and people to implement it. Tools will support method/process and people. Suppose you use some popular method or framework like Scrum. Then you can use any tool. For example MS Project. Just taking your comment "as-is" you will not find schedule on Scrums then it is a mistake trying to do this things when using Scrum. I mean, it is not about the tool.
