First of all, take into account that Agile is not a method or framework. It is an approach that was born outside the software domain. Because it is an approach then you have to consider method/process, tools and people to implement it. Tools will support method/process and people. Suppose you use some popular method or framework like Scrum. Then you can use any tool. For example MS Project.
