EVM in Healthcare and Social Services Project

In what context did you use EVM in healthcare and social services projects?

I am not related to healthcare industry but in some cases I have provided them consultant services. They do have projects like research and sometimes development and construction of health facilities. Wherever there is a project, no matter what kind, we can always use earned value in the same traditional way.

Same is true for social sector and I have provided similar services to NGOs and donor agencies.

I do agree it is a bit hard to sell it to them as they usually have n inkling what EVM is.
