See, innovation is not a prerogative, its rather an option. Typically, it depends on the attitude and tolerances of the PM/Organization either to go innovative or to stress on operational excellence. Since much of the innovative outlays bear fruits not in the immediate future, we should double check our strategy for go and no-go. As a prudent project driver, PM focuses much on his/her immediate projects rather on excitements like innovations. Yes, if we have the luxury of agile work ambiance, we then can think more about that alternative potential ways of delivering. Not sure, how far my peers stay with me:)! Saving Changes...
