For me, the biggest achievements this year were stronger stakeholder alignment and smoother delivery across complex programs. I am closing the year by turning lessons into practical improvements, especially around clarity, risk visibility and team rhythm. Carrying these forward into 2026 helps build steadier execution and more predictable value.

For me, 2025 was also a year of important personal milestones.
I earned my PMP certification(after a long journey of procrastination, 4+years), started my next certification challenge and I’m already about 60% through it. I also reactivated personal projects around project management, and expanded my learning into financial markets, which added a new perspective to how I think about value and decision-making.
Closing the year by connecting these learnings gives me a much clearer direction for 2026.

Interesting achievements in 2025, Lissette. You started earning a PMP certification, and now you are heading for more credentials. Surely 2026 will also be a great year for you.
