IT as the backbone of any organization, should be aligned with organization strategic objectives.
IT Experts and Management Authorities collaborate with each other to formalize corporate vision, mission and objectives.
As working on the same i believe IT Strategy be a result driven strategy which may include:
1. State of the art Technology Infrastructure and Architecture
2. Certified and skilled IT Staff
3. Redundancy Plans (in case, data server crashes, the IT resources should be able to fix the problem in no time so that operational work could not be effected).
Once IT strategy be written and approved, it has to be reinforced among the organization. By this, we can have road map and we can derive our specific goals. Saving Changes...
