Hi Lea,

I have not worked in any of the tools, but gathered the information about these tools for the benefit of others with a eye sight if someone used the tool can relate to the description given and help further :-

Quantum Connect - Content Review and Approval and SME Relationship.

Smartsheet - Smartsheet combines functions found in Microsoft Excel, Project, Access, and Sharepoint into a single application

Slack - Slack offers persistent chat rooms organized by topic, as well as private groups and direct messaging

Asana - Asana is a web and mobile application designed to enable teamwork without email. Asana is web based software-as-a-service designed to improve team collaboration. Main user focus is to plan and manage projects and tasks online without the use of email providing each team a workspace. Workspaces contain projects, and projects contain tasks.

In each task, users can add notes, comments, attachments, and tags. Users can follow projects and tasks, and, when the state of a project or task changes, followers get updates about the changes in their inboxes.

Launchcycle - LaunchCycle provides a simple way to manage projects, people, tasks, files, schedules to produce results.

Centraldesktop.com - Central Desktop's Central Desktop - Social Collaboration Software, Online Project Management and Sharepoint Alternative for Businesses.

Thank you

Dear Lea,

Previously, my team and used Slack and Asana.
Nonetheless, at the beginning of September we discovered Taskworld. For us, it is the perfect mix between those 2 applications with additional features.
Indeed, you can organize your projects easily, drag & drop your tasks on a Kanban. Moreover, they propose a chat for you and your co-workers in order to manage your work quickly and to develop teamwork. And for me, the last advantage is that you can share your files in one secure place.
It''s for these advantages that I recommend you to try Taskworld.

Have a Nice Day,

Thibault
