Going forward data will play a vital role in making decisions pertaining to project management. For example, forecasting a project budget will require a basis of data to substantiate it. Same might be the case of risk assessment on the project.

Therefore I want to know if anyone is currently using this mode of presenting project reports to their stakeholders. If so, can you please share your story.
