From time to time, I used template from projectmangement.com. Some of them meet respond to my expectations. I was wondering which ones you found most helpful ?
Thanks

Templates from projectmanagement.com can be a solid starting point for documentation and tracking, as they already come structured with the essential sections most projects need.
Naturally, no template replaces critical thinking or adaptation to the specific context of an organization. The real value lies in knowing what to fill in and how to adapt it, depending on the client, the team, and the approach being used, whether agile, hybrid, or predictive.
Still, as a reference resource and a way to speed up the creation of basic artifacts, these templates are clearly worth exploring and combining. Saving Changes...
I use the templates mainly as accelerators rather than finished products. The charter, risk register, and stakeholder map are the ones I revisit most because they save time and create a consistent starting point. I still tailor each one to context. The value is not in copying the template but using it to sharpen the conversation with the team. Saving Changes...

Guillaume, I do find most of them useful, especially since you can customize them for your own projects. Some might need more work than others, but overall I like the fact that the community has access to templates contributed by PM experts. Saving Changes...
I find them useful but what I end up doing is editing / modifying them for my own organisational needs. Not all of it fits and there's some stuff that I wish it had so I end up using it as a starting point for me to build templates for something more aligned with what I need. Saving Changes...

I use them occasionally, but never as-is. The charter, risk register, stakeholder map are usually the most useful starting points. They help get the conversation going without staring at a blank page. That said, I almost always trim, merge, or rewrite sections to fit the context and maturity of the team. If a template survives unchanged, it’s usually a sign the project is being run too mechanically. Saving Changes...
