I am not able to view complete webinar videos

Hi
I am not able to watch complete video of any presentation under Webinar. It is showing only one min video. What shall i do to watch complete Video.

Had the same issue today. It's a network firewall thing, or security setting preventing BrightCove players. Need to work it out with IT, or watch videos at home/on your phone.

When I play the recorded webinar on my desktop and on my phone, it gives following message:

"An unanticipated problem was encountered, check back soon and try again
Error Code: MEDIA_ERR_UNKNOWN
Session ID: 2020-07-09:66ad343b8cb55040b016ecb3 Player Element ID: BCvideoPlayer"



I am PMI member and using my credentials.

I am getting the same exact error. I chatted with support but none of their suggestions (clear cache, use Chrome in incognito mode, try different browser) worked. I was able to watch videos yesterday, 10/19/25, with no problem using my credentials.

[Investigating] We are aware of a widespread issue impacting a third-party cloud services provider. Several Brightcove products and services are currently experiencing disruption, including playback, ingestion, Video Cloud Studio UI and Brightcove Live, to name a few. Brightcove Engineering is currently engaged and is investigating the impact at the highest priority.
