I sent the following email to [email protected] on 26/01/2026.
I received an automatic reply that PMI would reply me in 10 business days and I didn't get any reply till today i.e. 22/02/2026.

Dear PMI Certification Support Team,
I am writing to formally request a score verification and administrative review of my PMI Certified Professional in Managing AI (PMI-CPMAI) exam attempt due to a significant proctor-initiated interruption during the exam.
Exam details:
- Exam: PMI Certified Professional in Managing AI (PMI-CPMAI)
- Delivery method: Pearson VUE (Online Proctored)
- Exam duration: 160 minutes (timer runs in reverse, starting from 160 minutes)
- Exam date: 25.01.2026
Description of the issue:
Approximately 10 minutes after the exam began (with the timer counting down from 160 minutes), the assigned proctor interrupted my session and instructed me to stop the exam and modify a FaceTime “word reaction” setting on my MacBook. This instruction was unexpected, as I do not use FaceTime on my MacBook, and upon checking system settings, no such feature was enabled.
Following the proctor’s instructions, I exited the exam environment, restarted the Pearson VUE software, and then resumed the exam. Upon resumption, I was assigned a different proctor. When I asked for clarification regarding the interruption and system status, I was informed that as long as the exam questions were visible, the session was acceptable to continue.
Although the exam timer resumed from the point of interruption, the forced pause, system restart, proctor change, and lack of a clear technical resolution occurred at a very early stage of the exam and disrupted my concentration, pacing, and cognitive flow for a time-sensitive, psychometrically scored assessment.
For context, I proceeded to attempt the majority of the exam questions based on my preparation and understanding; however, the early disruption had a continuing impact on my ability to manage the exam under normal, uninterrupted conditions.
Hence In light of the above, I requested:
1. Verification that all responses were fully captured and accurately scored, and
2. Confirmation that the psychometric scoring model was correctly applied, with consideration of the documented proctor interruption, system restart, and proctor change.
If it is determined that the interruption may have affected exam delivery integrity or candidate performance, I respectfully request consideration of a no-cost retest or other appropriate remedial option, in line with PMI’s assessment and certification standards.
As PMI certifications are developed and administered in alignment with ISO 17024 and established psychometric standards, I would appreciate confirmation that my exam result reflects these standards with full consideration of exam delivery integrity.

Hence I sent the same above email to [email protected] today i.e. 22/02/2026,
Note - Before appearing for the exam, I consistently cleared 3 mock exams in psychometric environment and I'm confident that I also passed the actual CPMAI exam.
I also reached out to customer service agent on that chat, and I got reply that PMI takes 30 Business days to reply, which is contradictory to the automatic email reply.
Highly appreciate any suggestions to support my case.
