Uploading document (.docx and PDF) to PMI Infinity shows Error.

Hello everyone! I need a little help.

For sometime now it as become difficult uploading document to PMI infinity. IT keeps throwing errors when I try uploading attachments as part of my prompt.

My file is less than 300kb.

I tried a different browser, all of my files are below 300kb and the files are not password protected. Same error sign keep showing up.
I will contact the infinity team as suggested.

Sarah Philbrick or @Kimberly Whitby might be able to refer someone with experience with PMI Infinity; there might be some limitations.

I have reached out to infinity support, and this is taking longer to be resolved than I thought.

Hi same problem for me. When asking our IT helpdesk, it says it comes from PMI side. Last time it resolved itself. Any procedure in details I could use ? It would be a shame to not be able to use and spread PMI Infinity for this kind of issue.
