What is the impact of Age in the work performance?

Please let me know your thoughts about how long one should work and when to retire.

Good point about Project Management specifically.
I have also retired last year, took some time to lose some weight and general check up to get health and energy back on track to start over with adjusted pace. I consider Life as a Project so I have executed all planned aspects of this project of my life and started my own consulting company.

I have seen people under depression after retirement. Volunteering is another way to keep up.

I am glad to have started this Discussion and would love to hear from more colleagues.
