How do you get ready for PMI certification? How can one prepare for the certification while balancing one's own professional experience?

You need both for the PMP. However, it’s important to ensure that your experience is supported by a solid theoretical foundation. I would recommend reviewing the academic material and becoming familiar with the underlying concepts.
