I agree that tools like Microsoft Copilot can significantly improve efficiency, particularly when it comes to summarizing meetings and capturing key action points quickly.
One insight I’ve noticed is that timely summaries not only save time but also improve accountability across the team, because everyone clearly understands their responsibilities after a meeting. This can make a big difference in maintaining project momentum.
I’m curious to know how others are using AI tools like Copilot in their project workflows are they mainly supporting documentation, or are they also helping with planning and decision-making?

Copilot is very effective at summarizing discussions and quickly distributing key outcomes and action points. I’d say it could save at least half a day per week, allowing me to focus on higher-value work like decision-making, stakeholder alignment, and risk management.

I agree that it saves time. But just a comment: if you use it then you have to spend time to validate what Copilot generates. No matter that, while I need to meassure it, I agree that it helps me a lot of time.
