While I may use KPIs and metrics generated by AI, I conduct my own analysis. That being said, I do consider AI-generated insights as an additional reference.

Lissette - I consider AI tools to be an addition to my Project Management tool kit, however, it does not replace everything and these tools must be validated. Even something as relatively simple as meeting notes needs to be reviewed, since errors do occur. The project manager, and all of the project team members need to use their professional knowledge and technical skills to ensure that AI tools are providing value, and not use these as short cuts.

Great points, both of you.
I see AI dashboards as signal amplifiers. They surface patterns faster, but interpretation still requires context, experience, and conversation with the team.
For me, the discipline is simple: treat AI outputs as hypotheses to validate, not conclusions to accept.
