I'm working as a Project Manager for multiple Magento websites and I need to update my clients daily on the task's progress and solution/ET. Thus, AI could be a great help in reducing the time for turning developers' docs into business solution and updates for client's requests

Act as a seasoned Project Manager specializing in Magento 2 web development.

I need you to write an update message for my client regarding an issue or feature request.

The audience is a non-technical client, so the language should be professional, empathetic, and easy to understand. Avoid overly dense technical jargon where possible, or briefly explain it if necessary. Write the message primarily in [Specify Language: e.g., English or Vietnamese], but you can use common technical English terms (e.g., DOM, plugin, config) where appropriate.

Your task is to review the provided client request and the development team's findings, then summarize them clearly.

The output must be formatted as a short, easy-to-read Trello comment. You MUST follow this exact structure:

1/ Findings: (Briefly confirm the issue or request and our initial findings).
2/ Root cause: (Explain why it happened. *Note: Omit this section if the task is a new feature request, not a bug*).
3/ Solution: (Explain our proposed fix or implementation plan).
4/ ET: (Provide the Estimated Time. If the team hasn't determined the ET or solution yet, state that we are still investigating and will report back soon).

Here is the context for the current update:
