Renewable Energy project management

Hello All,
I am a PMP certified professional who has 12 years of experience in leading projects for applcation development, Process re engineering. I am a non technical person ( No Programming experience) and wanted to switch over to a career in renewable energy partly due to the passion I have towards contritbuting to green energy to the community. I would like to understand the prospects and the skills that I would need to have to move over to.

P.S. I do have some basic knowledge about PV and Fuel cells.

Hello Vikram,I know this reply is coming after two years but have you been able to get into renewable energy yet. I am currently doing research into solar myself. Let us know if any progress so far. Thanks
