I created a very simple RTF prompt asking COPILOT to co-create a PMI based framework and guideline to integrate a full IA participation during the project life cycle.
Following multiple refinement operations and integration of new governance artifacts to the framework (sorry I didn't keep record of the prompt refinements), together with COPILOT, we managed to generate the following document available in COPILOT: "Human - IA partnership in Project Management & Organizations.pdf" (searching the title would be enough to retrieve it).
I attached the Prompt the Engineering Workbook as guideline and Copilot retrieved the PMBOOK 7th Edition document (someone uploaded it previously I guess).
I therefore submit it for your consideration and professional review.
This work represents the culmination of a structured collaboration between myself, (Ivan PLAZAS, PMP®) and Microsoft Copilot, following PMI‑aligned principles of governance, traceability, iterative refinement, and ethical IA usage.
The document proposes a comprehensive, practical, and scalable framework for integrating Intelligent Assistants into project environments.
The purpose of this submission is to:
- validate the framework against PMI standards and guidance
- ensure alignment with the PMI Prompt Engineering for Project Managers Workbook
- gather expert feedback to refine the model for broader professional use
- contribute to the evolving discipline of Human–IA collaboration within the PMI community
The document includes:

- a prompt mapping methodology

- a maturity model
- a risk management framework
- an implementation roadmap
- templates, workflows, and practical use cases
I introduced new governance artifacts (ex. a mandatory inclusion of Knowledge Area and Life Cycle Phase during prompt creation, Project Prompting Map that follows the PMIs Knowledge Area Process logic, RACI Matrix with IA integration...).
I really welcome any recommendations, corrections, or enhancements that PMI may propose. Your insights will help me to verify if there are issues like hallucination phenomena, Incoherence or misinterpretation of PMI's Framework
