Great choice, Michael.

One of my favorites is A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide) by the Project Management Institute, which provides a solid foundation and practical framework for effective project management.

The resource that significantly improved my understanding of the project management framework was Rita Mulcahy’s work. After going through it, I was able to understand the A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK Guide) much more clearly. Thank you, Rita.
