Internal Knowledge-base Migration Plan

I am planning Knowledge-base migration.

I am in the process of developing a plan for the migration. I listed a few activities such as making inventory of old KB, revising articles/QA content in old KB, new KB mapping, initial articles' transfer (it will be manual) and develop approval flow for the new knowledge-base. I also couldn't find a template to use for the deliverables/decomposition. Any ideas, thought or recommendations?
