- How to make sure that each leader of this cell will teach the two other infra analyst of his team

- Experience, proven knowledge, good management skills, good interpersonal skills
- How to make sure that each leader of this cell will teach the two other infra analyst of his team.
- Senior manager needs to make this sure by having regular meetings with these analysts, tracking the work they do (with quality).
- What would be the criteria to define the cells ?
- it should be same as we can do for creating WBS. Grouping similar task/activity jobs under one cell. Like for e.g : There can be cells for Networking, Systems(Hardware/Software), Applications/tools management, server team, etc Saving Changes...
