I’d add that PMs are being pushed to operate closer to strategy than before.
It’s not just about delivering anymore, but about making trade-offs, prioritizing what really matters, and connecting delivery to business outcomes. AI helps, but the real differentiator is still judgment and how we navigate complexity.
