Hi Farinaz,

That is sufficient education background for many universities in US, to be accepted in Ph. D program. There may be other test and qualification that you may be required to take - such as GRE,, GMAT etc. Plus essays etc. That will vary from one university to another. Please search for US university business schools and go to their graduate program section.
