Ethics missing in 2015 Exam Content Outline

PMI published the 2015 ECO (Exam Content Outline) for the PMP Exam.

In the previous ECO edition as of 2010, a Cross-Cutting knowledge and skill about PMI's 'Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct' was mentioned. The new 2015 ECO does not mention ethics at all.

Nevertheless, each certificant, member and volunteer of PMI is required to adhere to the Code of Ethics.

Does it mean that the PMP Exam will no longer contain questions relevant to this Code and to ethics?

What do you think about PMI should do about this gap?
