I agree with the responses so far. My thoughts in terms of human factors in PM (which are essentially people management skills) are:

1. empathy
2. communication
3. political savvy
4. collaboration
5. adaptability

My View (5 Important Human Factors of PM):
1. Confidence on Self + with Team (Develop the Trust)
2. Enthusiasm (Everyday / Every momement)
3. Attitude ( Postive + Move on attidute on all the momemnts of the project+ Very Supporting).
4. Listening (Good Listener) and ofcourse very good in Communication.
5. Planning , Planning , Planning :)
