For example, in a complex project where early-stage tension emerged between functional teams due to competing priorities, recognizing the conflict at the “problema a resolver” or “discrepancia personal” stage allowed timely facilitation and role clarification before escalation impacted delivery. How have similar or more advanced conflict scenarios been handled in your experience, and what indicators or interventions proved most effective?

Hello Fabian Crosa, I haven’t applied the model formally, but I’ve seen similar patterns in practice.

From what I’ve seen others do, the key is recognizing the stage early and adjusting how you step in.
When it’s still about the work, bringing people together to clarify priorities and constraints usually works.

Some teams use short alignment sessions just to reset expectations before things escalate.
When it starts to get personal, it helps to separate the conversation, talk to people individually first, then bring them back together with a clear focus on the objective.

Also, making roles and decision ownership explicit avoids a lot of these situations from growing in the first place.
