Thank you to everyone who joined the April 2 Club Xchange sessions! We hosted two identical sessions (morning and afternoon) following the same format shared in the deck: welcome and overview, discussion‑board activity, Student Leader Hot Seat, live networking, and closing updates.
Both sessions brought together student leaders to talk openly about real club experiences — what’s working well, what’s still challenging, and lessons learned from leadership roles.
A few themes that stood out:
- Honest reflections on leadership transitions and continuity
- Navigating common club challenges
- Skills and mindsets that carry from student leadership into professional roles
The next Club Xchange session is scheduled for June 2.
