Great question, Levie! At Total InfoHub, we've been closely evaluating the rise of AI-powered productivity tools, and the answer is a definitive yes—there are some excellent options available right now.

Tools like Motion and Reclaim.ai are pioneers in this space, using AI to automatically reshuffle schedules based on changing priorities and deadlines in real-time. Furthermore, established platforms such as ClickUp and Asana have significantly upgraded their AI capabilities to predict project timelines and identify potential delays before they happen.

In 2026, the key isn't just finding an AI tool, but finding one that integrates seamlessly with your team's workflow. While these tools drastically reduce manual administrative work, strategic oversight from a human PM still remains the most critical component for success.

Hello Levie Jr. Royo , I haven’t used any yet, but from what Faisal Ahmed Rony mentioned, there are definitely solid options out there.
They seem useful for optimizing schedules and spotting potential issues early, but still depend a lot on how well the inputs and priorities are defined.

AI is included in scheduling tools like MS Project from long time ago (more than 30 years). Today you can use generative AI tools to do everything you need related to scheduling. Take a look to PMI´s AI related training which is free of cost and you will find lot of examples. I did not test the PMI generative AI tool but perhaps it helps. If not, my recommendation is using Claude.
